hi, I’m natasha

I believe in the transformative power of being deeply seen and understood by another. I work with those who have experienced trauma and are seeking healing through a mind-body-spirit approach. I am a good fit for those desiring deep, inner exploration and an intuitive following of their body’s natural wisdom. Together we can navigate the roots of your suffering and help you journey towards a life that feels embodied and fulfilled.

My Approach

I offer a holistic approach to therapy, prioritizing mindfulness, somatic work, and mind-body-spirit connection, along with evidence-based modalities like emotionally focused therapy/attachment and internal family systems therapy. My intention is that our relationship will function as a space of unwavering acceptance, encouragement, and strength as you begin to develop the confidence and skills to be this for yourself.

I am passionate about working with those who feel disconnected—from their body, emotions, and loved ones. My philosophy is that every person is capable and deserving of healing, and therefore, I aim to reconnect you to hope when it once felt lost.

I’ve worked in high-intensity settings providing crisis intervention services to the incarcerated population, supported couples and individuals struggling with issues related to betrayal, sex/porn addiction, intimacy, and trauma, and provided school-based therapy for high-risk adolescents and their families.
